Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Manager- Electronics to manage our electronics category operations. The role requires strong analytical ability, market understanding, and vendor relationship management to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, conduct market visits, and analyze competitor pricing and product performance to optimize business outcomes.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare periodic business reports.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms with the supplier and onboard new suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (preferably in E-commerce or retail).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
